About Meghan

Using my Four Core Stories framework, intuitive pattern recognition, and simple Human Design insights, I help you see exactly where you’re leaking power—and how to close that gap fast.

Disconnected Success

There was a point in my life where everything looked “successful” on paper—but felt completely disconnected in reality.

In 2016, my husband and I were both working rotating shifts—days, nights, overnights—barely crossing paths as we handed off kids and tried to catch sleep. We called it the spinning cycle of death. We lived in the same house, had secure careers, and made good money… and still felt like we were gasping for air.

That was the moment I realized something had to change—not later, not someday.

So we jumped.

Taking the Leap

My husband and I created and built our first business, KidSpace, while still inside that chaos—not because it was easy, but because it was aligned. In 2018, we opened our doors, walked away from our careers, and never looked back. Our life came back together all at once—time with our kids, freedom in our schedule, and work that actually reflected who we are. Even through COVID, that alignment held.

What most people don’t realize is that this wasn’t my first reinvention.

I’ve led multiple lives—an aerial photographer, environmental consultant, Air Force Commander and weather forecaster, space scientist, and CEO/founder. Each evolution wasn’t about starting over—it was about becoming more honest with myself and taking decisive action when something new was calling.

Leading from the Front

Along the way, leadership became the throughline I couldn’t unsee.

In the military, in my civilian careers, as a founder, and even within my own family and friendships, I was always the one people came to when things felt unclear or heavy. Not because I had all the answers—but because I could see them. I’ve always had an instinctive ability to recognize what someone is capable of and reflect it back in a way that calls them forward.

What I’ve learned is that the skill that comes most naturally to us is often the one we dismiss as “just who I am.” For me, it was seeing potential, understanding human behavior under pressure, and leading from the front with both strategy and intuition. Now, I’m consciously embracing that as my purpose—integrating leadership, business acumen, and a deep understanding of mindset, alignment, and how humans actually create change.

Living on Purpose

That’s the work I do now.

Using a blend of Human Design, Gene Keys, and my Four Core Stories method, I help high-performing individuals articulate the next intuitive vision tugging at them—and uncover the subconscious narratives quietly slowing them down.

From there, clarity replaces force, aligned action becomes obvious, and time collapses.

I don’t teach people how to fit into a life.

I help them build one that actually fits who they are.
